On site car parking is available on a space by space basis and available for rent for all tenants.
Avon Business Centre has a secure gate controlled estate for permit and disabled parking and numbered spaces can be rented subject to availability. We are well served locally with free all day bays to the front of the building and on nearby residential roads. In addition, Shirley Library car park (80 spaces approx. and just a few minutes walk away) operates a ticketed free for three hours system, with small rates for all day parking. There is also local free onstreet parking within a few minutes walk.
Car Parking is also available for visitors by prior arrangement.
For a Greener Approach:
We are well served locally with several buses linking us to Birmingham, Solihull and Stratford stopping just outside. Also, we have a roofed bicycle shed with rack storage to accommodate up to 26 bicycles and we are located on the National Cycle Network. (We also have showers on the first, second and third floors!) Local train stations (Shirley, Solihull, Widney Manor and Birmingham International Airport) are slightly further afield, but again are well linked to the bus services operating close to us, and are a short taxi ride away. Consider changing your travel with assistance from Sustrans or Network West Midlands. Check how much better off you could be with a walking commute at walkit.com. The Stratford road is well lit and has ample pedestrian crossings for those that live close enough to walk from home.
